This document sets out the terms and conditions of use for the website www.meteokoffie.com and the conditions for purchasing products sold through it.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

By using this website and/or placing an order, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRICES

• All products (coffee, accessories, etc.) are presented with their descriptions and prices.
• Prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes, excluding shipping costs.
• Product images are for presentation purposes only.

3. ORDER AND PAYMENT

By completing the order, the customer confirms that all information provided is correct. The contract is considered concluded when MeteoKoffie sends the shipping confirmation by email.

4. DELIVERY

Deliveries are made to the address specified by the customer. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. MeteoKoffie is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

5. RETURN POLICY (RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL)

In accordance with European legislation, you have the right to change your mind within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

5.1. Important exceptions: Sealed products (coffee bags) opened after delivery CANNOT be returned. Perishable or personalised products are exempt from the right of return.

5.2. Return procedure:

1. Notify your return intention to: bonjour@meteokoffie.com
2. Ship the products (sealed and intact) to: Warande 115, 9660 Brakel, Belgium
3. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except for defective products.

6. WARRANTIES AND COMPLAINTS

For non-food products (accessories), the legal guarantee of conformity applies. Any complaint must be submitted in writing (with photos) within 48 hours of receipt.

7. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA

MeteoKoffie collects personal data exclusively for order processing. Data is not shared with third parties without your consent. You may request access, rectification or deletion of your data at bonjour@meteokoffie.com.

8. DISPUTES

Any dispute will be resolved amicably. If not possible, jurisdiction lies with the courts of Belgium. Consumers may use the ODR platform of the European Commission.
