Return and Refund Policy
Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with European legislation, consumers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason.
Important Exceptions (Coffee-Specific)
Please note: In accordance with Belgian/EU legislation, products that may deteriorate rapidly or have a short expiry date, as well as sealed products that have been unsealed by the consumer for health or hygiene reasons, CANNOT be returned.
Example: If the coffee bag has been opened, a return is no longer possible.

- Shipping: The product must be sent in its original, intact packaging.
