Our coffee is roasted outdoors, in rhythm with the Brussels weather. Each batch is unique as weather conditions (temperature, humidity, wind) subtly influence the roasting process.
What coffee origins do you offer?
We offer unique origins (Ethiopia, Brazil, Colombia, Vietnam) as well as our house blends (Lila, Bon Café).
How should I store my coffee?
Store your coffee in a cool, dry place, away from light. Once opened, consume preferably within 4 weeks for optimal freshness.
Do you offer ground coffee?
Yes! You can choose your grind: whole beans, espresso (fine), filter (medium), moka, French press (coarse), or Turkish (extra-fine).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank card payments (Visa, Mastercard), Bancontact and bank transfer.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at bonjour@meteokoffie.com. We will do our best if the order has not yet been shipped.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to Belgium and throughout the European Union.
How long does delivery take?
Belgium: 2-4 business days. Neighbouring countries: 3-5 days. Rest of the EU: 5-8 days.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes! You can collect your order at the Abattoir Market (Anderlecht) every Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
