Every Saturday and Sunday, our mobile roaster sets up at the heart of the Abattoir Market in Anderlecht, where the aromas of freshly roasted coffee blend with the vibrant market atmosphere.
Rain, sun, wind — every weather condition subtly influences the roasting process and gives our coffees a unique character. It's our way of celebrating the connection between nature and coffee.
