When will I receive my first delivery?
Orders placed by Sunday evening are processed and shipped Monday morning. Delivery within 1-3 working days across Belgium via Bpost.
Can I change the coffee or grind each month?
Yes — contact us via WhatsApp or email before your order is processed and we'll adjust your preferences at no extra cost.
What if roasting isn't possible over the weekend (extreme weather)?
In exceptional cases we notify you in advance. You can choose between receiving the previous batch or postponing by one week.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Anytime, from your account (My subscriptions) or via WhatsApp. No forms, no notice period. The last ordered batch is delivered, then the subscription stops.
Is there a discount for larger quantities?
The 10% discount applies to every size — 250g, 500g or 1kg. The more you order, the more you save in absolute terms.
Do you deliver outside Belgium?
We currently deliver across Belgium. For the Netherlands, France or Romania, contact us — we review each request individually.
